Over more than two decades, Shahab Izadpanah has built a multi-jurisdictional investment and advisory practice spanning Europe, the Middle East and beyond — bringing together investment, entrepreneurship, governance, culture and innovation within a single international ecosystem.
After beginning his career through real estate investments in Switzerland, Shahab Izadpanah founded Swiss Investment & Finance in Geneva in 2005, establishing an independent investment and advisory practice dedicated to entrepreneurs, international families and cross-border opportunities. Shortly afterwards, he expanded into the UAE, where he founded RAK Company Administration, building the Northern Emirates’ leading corporate services platform before its acquisition by Acclime.
Over the following years, his activities broadened into private equity, luxury distribution across the Middle East, private office services, publishing through MOJEH, fine wine and hospitality concepts, before expanding into frontier technologies through Alpha Praetorian Capital, APC Labs and, more recently, sovereign AI infrastructure. Alongside these ventures, Louis Fourteen evolved into an international private office platform, while Riviera and N°OW’HERE'' extended the Group’s presence into multi-family office services and curated private communities.
Today, these businesses operate within Swiss Investment & Finance Group, bringing together investment, operating and entrepreneurial platforms across Europe and the Middle East. Together, they reflect a practice built through successive expansions into complementary disciplines, each broadening a perspective that continues to expand across industries, jurisdictions and generations.
